Product Value Stream Owner – SaaS Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Facilitate ongoing product delivery by converting strategy into a prioritized backlog, accepting completed features, and establishing and tracking success metrics and outcomes.

• Define, refine, and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Convert business needs into precise technical and functional specifications for the Nox Cloud engineering teams.

• Uphold product integrity through adherence to quality standards, validation of cross-system consistency, and proactive management of technical debt.

• Ensure that product documentation is comprehensive, accessible, and consistently updated.

• Lead backlog refinement processes and promote effective sprint planning and reviews.

• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Support, and Operations to establish vision, roadmap, and KPIs.

• Guarantee alignment with security and compliance standards.

• Track performance and data quality, identifying opportunities for process optimization and complexity reduction.

• Facilitate feedback loops and prioritize workflow enhancements effectively.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements, eliminate obstacles, and promote collaboration across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within SaaS or enterprise software in web and/or mobile channels.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS platforms, clinical workflows, and B2B(2C) models.

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for connecting technical design to business outcomes.

• Experience working with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
