This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic, operational, and managerial leader steering the Google Cloud Security product line and the integration of Wiz.
• Ensure collaboration among teams and foster a unified approach towards common objectives of the organization.
• Oversee cross-functional operations and execute frameworks for Wiz integration.
• Establish organizational policies and manage finance and headcount allocations.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and develop executive communications.
• Lead a global portfolio of events, including leadership summits, executive visits, international delegations, offsite meetings, and ecosystem events.
• Coordinate activities for Google Cloud Security products and Wiz Defend, focusing on market expansion and partnerships.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership to design and achieve key business objectives, disseminating reports throughout the organization.
• Provide direction for functional governance and operational frameworks for Google Cloud Security products.
• Allocate, forecast, and authorize project budgets, travel and entertainment expenses, and event expenditures.
• Oversee the creation and approval of vendor spending using Google financial systems, including Buying Hub, Concur, Sphinx, Legal, and Finance.
• Align operational initiatives across teams in Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations.
• Serve as a proxy for the Head of Cyber Defence Strategy, exercising decision-making authority and addressing escalations.
• Develop and implement executive communications, strategic narratives, briefing materials, and presentations.
• Create and execute plans for the implementation of AI technology, including adoption targets, user training, results reporting, business value, and ROI.
• Direct the complete strategy, content, logistics, and execution for significant events and delegations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff roles, or program management within a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
• Proven experience in managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (such as OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across both technical and business functions.
• Experience in managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.
• Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Master's degree, MBA, or an advanced technical degree.
• Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration (M&A) or joint business initiatives.
• Preferred: Demonstrated capability to operationalize and promote the use of AI/ML tools to enhance organizational speed.
• Preferred: A proven history of navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority.
• Preferred: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with substantial experience presenting to C-level executives.
