This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial request to discovery, planning, delivery, and launch.
• Ensure the maintenance of product workflows, tools, documentation, and reporting mechanisms.
• Facilitate launch readiness among Product, Design, Partnerships, and Support teams, which includes managing launch calendars, conducting go/no-go reviews, handling communications, ensuring compliance, and tracking post-launch outcomes.
• Supervise research operations, encompassing participant recruitment, research intake, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining an organized repository of findings.
• Lead the hiring process for Product roles from reviewing applications to conducting interviews, debriefing sessions, and extending offers.
• Keep candidates updated and ensure that interviews are scheduled, prepared for, and conducted in a consistent manner.
• Equip interviewers with necessary context, materials, and evaluation criteria.
• Organize debrief sessions and collect feedback to facilitate timely hiring decisions.
• Monitor candidate progress, identify any delays, and ensure the recruitment pipeline remains active.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to support evidence-based product decision-making.
• Ensure consistent reporting on product health metrics, including adoption rates, retention, and user engagement.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in building organizations, programs, or functions from the ground up (not merely improving existing structures).
• Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries and establish trust quickly in new environments.
• Skilled in translating the needs of technical/product teams to field-facing/user-facing teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactive in addressing issues even before they are fully defined.
• Knowledgeable about product development processes and the interplay between product and engineering teams.
• Understanding of business processes and requirements, including aspects of financial sustainability.
