This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Maintain a comprehensive source of truth for product commitments, milestones, dependencies, and statuses across various product lines.
• Foster accountability for deliverables among product management, engineering, design, documentation, support, and go-to-market teams.
• Set standards for product requirement documents (PRDs), roadmap artifacts, release readiness, and launch documentation.
• Oversee the complete new product introduction process, including stage gates, readiness checklists, and go/no-go forums.
• Lead launch readiness reviews and manage beta and early access programs.
• Conduct post-launch retrospectives and refine new product introduction processes.
• Align product roadmaps with engineering delivery schedules, release trains, and capacity planning.
• Reconcile roadmap commitments with actual deliveries and maintain schedule confidence.
• Develop models to quantify annual recurring revenue (ARR) opportunities, expansion, retention, competitive displacement, and pipeline influence.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on profit and loss inputs, cost-to-serve, pricing strategies, packaging, and investment business cases.
• Assist in annual and quarterly planning through scenario analysis and resource recommendations.
• Monitor realized outcomes against investment business cases.
• Establish and uphold product metrics related to adoption, usage, attachment, and retention.
• Coordinate deliverables from technology, independent software vendors (ISVs), channels, and strategic partners.
• Support marketing launch planning, sales roadmap commitments, customer escalations, and readiness for support.
• Manage the weekly business review, encompassing agenda creation, data preparation, metric integrity, follow-ups, and closure of action items.
• Prepare materials for executives and board meetings regarding product performance, roadmap status, launch readiness, and investment returns.
• Assist with quarterly business reviews (QBRs), planning cycles, and product objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Provide guidance to product leadership and promote clarity on cross-functional decisions and escalations.
• Comfort with adopting and experimenting with advanced AI tools.
• Ability to quickly adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
• Capability to build and maintain product operations systems, cadences, and analyses.
• Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional product deliverables and launches.
• Ability to model ARR, revenue impacts, product profit and loss inputs, cost-to-serve, pricing, and packaging.
• Skill in establishing product metrics frameworks and linking metrics to financial outcomes.
• Competence in coordinating partner deliverables and integration milestones.
• Proficiency in preparing materials for executive and board-level presentations.
• Ability to support planning cycles and track objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Capability to work across various teams including product management, engineering, program management, go-to-market, finance, marketing, sales, support, customer success, legal, and partners.
