This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the deployment of clinical initiatives, optimize workflows, and foster change adoption within Devoted Medical clinical teams.
• Assess clinical operational requirements and collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, refine, and implement clinical workflows.
• Work alongside leadership and training teams to execute the rollout of new workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, and Clinical Informatics teams to map, document, and enhance clinical workflows.
• Partner with product and operational leadership to set priorities and create monthly sprint plans.
• Plan and oversee the comprehensive deployment of new clinical initiatives, from pilot/Test Kitchen phases to organization-wide launches.
• Create and distribute communication plans, rollout materials, and training resources.
• Conduct end-user training and offer post-deployment support for troubleshooting.
• Utilize EHR expertise to improve system functionality and align clinical practices.
• Assess usability, adoption, and operational impact; communicate frontline feedback to R&D teams.
• Meet initiative adoption targets set by Senior Leadership.
• Maintain Orinoco EHR usability score targets.
• Follow the enterprise change calendar to enhance launch transparency and timeliness.
• Document decisions regarding scaling, iteration, or discontinuation of launched initiatives.
• Ensure standards for cross-functional enterprise-wide workflows are current and accessible.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in healthcare or product management.
• Over 2 years of experience in scaling enterprise change management.
• Previous advanced or superuser EMR experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in clinical project/process management or informatics.
• Practicing Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of clinical experience is preferred.
• An active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market is preferred.
• A Master’s degree is preferred, accompanied by two years of telehealth experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A solution-oriented mindset with strong critical analysis abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
