This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, including the planning rhythm, reviews, metrics, and portfolio operations across various teams.
• Manage programs and releases to ensure cross-team initiatives remain on schedule, with dependencies, risks, and progress clearly communicated to leadership.
• Oversee the product toolchain, portfolio data, and metrics to provide teams and leaders with a reliable, unified perspective.
• Integrate AI into the product lifecycle to expedite funnel development, business case creation, evidence gathering, sizing, and portfolio prioritization.
• Direct product design, user research, and the design system from the discovery phase to launch.
• Standardize the product development lifecycle and operating cadence across all teams.
• Lead program management across the portfolio, offering leadership a transparent view of progress and risks.
• Address tooling challenges to ensure teams operate from a single source of truth.
• Mentor and develop the UX team while advancing a cohesive design system across products.
• Facilitate early-access and customer advisory processes to incorporate clinician feedback into the product from the outset.
• Build, mentor, and maintain a team that encompasses both operations and design.
• Report directly to the VP of Product, supporting all product teams rather than focusing on a single product.
• Over 8 years of experience in product operations, program management, and/or design leadership, including managing cross-functional operating models.
• Proven experience in standardizing a product development lifecycle and operating rhythm across multiple teams.
• Practical experience in incorporating AI into how product teams discover, build, and deliver, enhancing the speed of funnel development, business cases, and prioritization.
• Skills in program and release management, ensuring visibility of dependencies, risks, and progress while keeping initiatives on track.
• Expertise in design and research leadership, having led or closely collaborated with UX teams and developed or expanded a design system.
• Proficiency with product tooling and metrics, along with a commitment to maintaining a single source of truth.
• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with product, engineering, design, and executive teams.
• Background in healthcare, medical imaging, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with AI-assisted research, synthesis, or evaluation tools within a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulated software development processes.
