Product Strategist – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the right-hand person to the founder, engaging directly in strategic decision-making.

• Establish and refine the strategy for products, target markets, offerings, and the sales pipeline.

• Create content strategies and bolster brand positioning initiatives.

• Design and oversee processes to ensure effective implementation of strategies.

• Manage projects and lead a team of 3 to 7 individuals across marketing, sales, and content departments.

• Analyze metrics, dashboards, CRM data, and other information to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Map and enhance the customer journey and sales funnel.

• Identify organizational requirements and assist in decisions regarding new hires.

• Contribute to pricing strategies and administrative matters related to digital products.

• Aid in the development of new projects and in-person events.

• Transform data, challenges, and opportunities into actionable plans.

• Demonstrated experience with infoproducts and digital information products.

• Background in digital launches.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience utilizing metrics and dashboards.

• Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence for management, analysis, and decision-making.

• Experience in marketing, administration, digital product management, or related sectors.

• Strategic thinker with ample execution experience to understand and guide a team effectively.

• Proven real-world market experience with the capability to make autonomous decisions.

• Proactive in identifying and addressing issues without necessitating continuous oversight.

• Willingness to commit full-time to the project, free from other professional obligations.
