Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for the company's pet-health client.

• Engage with prospective customers to transform them into loyal brand advocates.

• Review and communicate pet-health product protocols effectively.

• Collaborate with dedicated leaders and utilize training resources to excel in sales and embody Tribe's ethos.

• Function within a commission-based sales framework.

• Conduct regular phone and video calls using the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and sell ethically, avoiding overpromises or unverified claims.

• Represent reputable, strictly regulated partner brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A passion for dogs is essential.

• A highly motivated self-starter driven by growth opportunities and a pursuit of sales excellence.

• Familiarity, experience, or enthusiasm for health and wellness topics.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form authentic connections.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Access to reliable internet and necessary equipment.

• A fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum internet requirements of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth.

• Acceptable latency of approximately 150ms, jitter under approximately 30ms, and packet loss under approximately 1%.
