Product Specialist, Digital Orthodontics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers and assist orthodontic and dental practices in shifting from traditional to digital treatment workflows.

• Implement the Clarity portal within orthodontic and dental practices.

• Educate practice staff on system utilization, including preparation for treatment appointments and the execution of the bonding protocol.

• Deliver proactive customer support and help in establishing treatment objectives.

• Promote effective communication with technicians.

• Train internal personnel.

• Collaborate with Dental and Ortho territory managers.

• Coordinate and work alongside the Technical Support team.

• Assist with customer events like roundtables and congresses.

⛳️ Requirements

• State examination, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or vocational qualification in dentistry or dental technology.

• Extensive experience and competence in digital treatment workflows, ideally with aligner therapy.

• Excellent communication abilities, a confident demeanor, and a passion for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Demonstrated success in consultative sales within the dental or orthodontic field is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn intricate clinical and technical information is beneficial.

• Organized, independent, and goal-driven work style with strong multitasking and organizational skills is preferred.

• Strong presentation skills are an added advantage.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% is required.
