This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Work closely with customers and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and verify business requirements and processes.
• Utilize expertise in the appraisal domain and RPA modules to comprehend clients' business environments and convert real-world appraisal needs into scalable product solutions.
• Interpret legislation, policies, and jurisdictional regulations into clear, actionable product functionality.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers; lead discussions specific to the domain, facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, and validate deliverables.
• Assist with implementation and delivery activities across various projects, ensuring that solutions comply with appraisal practices.
• Define acceptance criteria and offer continuous guidance to engineering and QA teams throughout the development and testing phases.
• Support the RPA Product Manager in overseeing the product backlog, which includes prioritization, refinement, and sprint planning tasks.
• Promote ongoing improvement through sprint reviews, retrospectives, and product feedback mechanisms.
• Represent Aumentum's RPA expertise at client reviews, user group meetings, and industry conferences.
• Aid sales and delivery teams during product demonstrations, opportunity assessments, and scope definition, particularly regarding domain-specific requirements, regulations, and deliverables.
• Utilize AI-powered tools as a fundamental part of daily operations to enhance product workflows, improve analysis, and bolster customer-facing solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (or equivalent domain experience).
• At least 5 years of experience in the property appraisal industry.
• Familiarity with industry data sources and standards — CAMA, GIS, MLS, USPAP/IAAO.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise SaaS product, delivery, or implementation teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to collaborate across internal and cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Awareness of legislative and regulatory trends in property appraisal and their implications for software requirements.
• Experience with property tax government systems.
• Knowledge of configurable platforms, rules engines, or business process-driven applications.
• Direct experience working with public-sector clients or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools.
