📋 Description

• Conduct intake calls to ascertain customer requirements and inform them about products and services.

• Enhance scheduling rates for qualified leads by effectively communicating value and addressing initial inquiries.

• Address customer issues throughout their journey to ensure high NPS and minimize return rates.

• Provide support for Bluetooth and iPhone devices while guiding clients on their usage.

• Assist customers with technology, covering platforms such as Zoom and remote care sessions.

• Troubleshoot products both in-person and remotely.

• Maintain customer records in Salesforce, Intercom, and other customer experience platforms.

• Acquire knowledge of complex clinical concepts and technology to educate and assist clients.

• Collaborate with the wider team to enhance product offerings and improve the customer experience.

• Perform front desk or office manager duties as needed, including welcoming clients, managing appointments, and upholding a professional environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally possess 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or sales within the healthcare sector or a related field.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm and empathetic approach.

• Exhibit confidence in de-escalating concerns and transforming challenges into positive resolutions.

• Strong organizational abilities and comfort in managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

• Proficient in support software and general tech troubleshooting.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.

• Maintain a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs.

• Capable of building rapport and trust with clients.

• Availability to work weekends and during specified hours.

• Regular schedule includes Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, from 9 am to 6 pm PST.
