This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Offer technical sales assistance and product expertise to develop, qualify, and finalize profitable XRS deals within the designated geographical region.
• Assist in new product launches and strategize, implement, and monitor promotions and sales alongside XRS Vertical and local marketing and management teams.
• Continuously enhance the sales skills and capabilities of the local sales team.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of the X-Ray product lineup, associated technologies, future development plans, and competitors’ offerings.
• Create localized sales training programs, sales strategies, promotional tactics, and feedback for future product innovation.
• Advise customers on their research, educational, clinical, and financial objectives using sales tools.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by establishing clear delivery expectations and sharing customer data with the Customer Care Manager.
• Gather Voice of Customer insights with the Regional Marketing Manager and relay feedback to the Vertical.
• Prepare tailored presentation materials and compelling sales arguments for customers.
• Assist with tenders and contracts.
• Identify, address, and escalate customer product issues.
• Create and share best-practice knowledge regarding X-Ray solutions.
• Evaluate the skill levels of the sales organization and organize regular product training sessions.
• Deliver non-service product training and enhance training materials as needed.
• Provide demonstration support for the XRS product portfolio.
• Qualify deals in collaboration with the Account Executive and outline subsequent sales-cycle actions.
• Research and share competitive product insights with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales teams.
• Oversee funnel load, opportunities, win rates, and reasons for losses within the territory.
• Participate in booking reviews.
• Drive outcomes measured by bookings, revenue, and product-line margin.
• Radiographer with at least 3 years of clinical experience or equivalent knowledge (focusing on understanding X-ray).
• Clinical supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Must possess over 2 years of experience in medical imaging sales.
• Strong understanding of workflows in hospitals, radiology departments, and DR systems is essential.
• Good technical knowledge of artificial intelligence, X-Ray, and DR is required.
• Solid business analytical skills with a high degree of self-organization and planning.
• Strong interpersonal abilities; a team player who can independently drive results.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) along with presentation capabilities.
• Proficient verbal and written English language skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must reside within the region's boundaries.
• Must be able and willing to travel extensively (up to 80%).
