This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Serve as the primary product liaison for clients during onboarding, implementation, and customization initiatives.
β’ Assist customers in adopting the recommended workflows, processes, and best practices of LimeFlight.
β’ Provide guidance on how to derive maximum value from LimeFlight's offerings.
β’ Clarify technical concepts, solution trade-offs, and implementation consequences to both business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Facilitate rollout activities, user acceptance testing, training, and change management.
β’ Ensure that delivered solutions meet the intended business goals and customer objectives.
β’ Lead discovery workshops to gain insights into customer processes, operational challenges, business aims, and technical environments.
β’ Collect, challenge, refine, and validate customer requirements.
β’ Identify opportunities to leverage existing product features before considering customizations.
β’ Determine solution strategies, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers when requirements impact core product strategy, roadmap decisions, or platform architecture.
β’ Oversee the functional delivery of customization projects from discovery to deployment.
β’ Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development, testing, and rollout phases.
β’ Assist in solution validation, acceptance testing, and securing customer approval.
β’ Manage scope and expectations while balancing customer needs with product sustainability.
β’ Ensure that delivered solutions are embraced and yield measurable value for customers.
β’ Travel 10β15% for customer workshops, requirements engineering, training, and related activities.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Product Specialist or Business Analysis roles within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ In-depth knowledge of SaaS products and software implementation methodologies.
β’ Strong technical comprehension of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, data models, and software implementation principles.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
β’ Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
β’ Ability to convert customer needs into clear and structured requirements.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Minimum English proficiency at C1 level.
β’ Legally authorized to work full-time under an employment contract in Europe.
β’ Not seeking freelance or B2B contract opportunities.
