Product Solutions Physicist – Technical Marketing Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of QM's platforms (OPX, QUA, real-time control) and the experimental challenges they address across various qubit modalities, especially spin qubits.

• Take ownership of the language, framing, and technical precision of QM's public-facing documents, including whitepapers, application notes, blog entries, and conference presentations.

• Monitor advancements in the field regarding solutions, applications, and research teams to ensure QM's messaging remains at the forefront.

• Identify technical topics that are currently underserved for QM to educate the community about.

• Represent QM as a technical authority through speaking engagements, panel discussions, and authorship, targeting audiences from graduate students to CTOs.

• Produce technical materials such as whitepapers, blog posts, datasheets, solution briefs, videos, and other innovative resources.

• Assist Digital Marketing efforts through platforms like YouTube, blogs, LinkedIn, X, and thought-leadership initiatives.

• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to gauge content effectiveness and shape future content and channel strategies.

• Develop and enhance workflows that convert product and research updates into community-oriented content.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in quantum physics or a closely related discipline (mandatory).

• Over 3 years of experience in experimental quantum physics and/or computing (mandatory).

• Experience with spin qubits is a significant advantage.

• Proven history of excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding written and spoken English proficiency.

• Confident in public speaking; comfortable presenting at conferences or webinars.

• A strong interest in marketing, storytelling, and science communication.

• Highly collaborative; capable of working effectively with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Sales teams.
