
Product Sales Specialist – Point of Care Ultrasound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Lead direct sales efforts in hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics within the Central and South New Jersey regions.
• Establish new and nurture existing relationships in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Regional Anesthesia, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, and other targeted clinical areas.
• Collaborate with GE Account Management, Anesthesia and Monitoring Sales, other Ultrasound sales teams, Imaging Sales, and various non-GE channel and distributor partners.
• Organize and facilitate sales demonstrations, product shipments, installations, and in-services in conjunction with the Clinical Specialist.
• Oversee go-live applications training and ensure ongoing customer education and satisfaction.
• Formulate and implement strategies to maintain the current client base while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the equipment lifecycle.
• Create and put into action strategies to attract new clients and grow existing business.
• Provide the Market Leader with real-time territory and opportunity insights using SFDC.
• Accurately forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with GE Sales representatives, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Relay customer feedback to Marketing and Engineering to facilitate product improvements and designs.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer demographics.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial healthcare sector, or an Associate's degree accompanied by 7 years of experience in the commercial healthcare field.
• Residing within the designated territory is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Healthcare Capital Sales.
• Experience in Ultrasound sales is preferred.
• Clinical knowledge of Ultrasound is essential.
• Strong strategic sales capabilities with a proven track record of success.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and implement resolutions.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established skills in project management.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening may be required.
