This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Propel orders, revenue, market share, and growth goals within the Critical Care and Ward Care portfolio.
β’ Create and implement territory and account development strategies.
β’ Recognize, assess, and advance sales opportunities throughout the customer purchasing cycle.
β’ Encourage competitive conversions and enhance utilization within the current customer base.
β’ Cultivate relationships with clinical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Present clinical, operational, and financial value propositions customized to meet customer requirements.
β’ Lead customer presentations, demonstrations, and commercial conversations.
β’ Assist with customer evaluations, trials, and tender submissions.
β’ Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.
β’ Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists, Service, and Marketing teams.
β’ Facilitate opportunities related to connected care, device integration, and digital health solutions.
β’ Provide support to customers across Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, and Kent, necessitating regular travel throughout the area.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
β’ Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical applications, acute care, critical care, or similar healthcare settings.
β’ Proven experience in engaging and influencing clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders in hospital environments.
β’ Comprehension of intricate customer decision-making processes.
β’ Strong knowledge of acute care, critical care, ward-based care delivery, patient flow, or hospital operations.
β’ Familiarity with NHS hospital settings, including clinical workflows, operational structures, purchasing protocols, and key stakeholder groups.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
β’ Experience in Critical Care, Patient Monitoring, Acute Care, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, or Hospital Care environments is preferred.
β’ Understanding of hospital patient flow, escalation pathways, and operational workflows.
β’ Experience with connected care solutions, healthcare IT systems, medical device integration, or clinical networking technologies.
β’ Background in supporting tenders, public procurement frameworks, and capital equipment sales processes.
β’ Ability to communicate clinical, operational, and economic value to a variety of customer groups.
β’ Strong strategic thinking, territory planning, and opportunity management capabilities.
β’ Commercial or healthcare technology sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
