Product Sales Specialist – Critical Care, Ward Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Drive orders, revenue, market share, and growth objectives across the Critical Care and Ward Care portfolio.

• Develop and implement territory and account growth strategies in alignment with business goals.

• Identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities throughout the customer purchasing cycle.

• Propel competitive conversions and enhance utilization within the established customer base.

• Foster relationships with clinical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.

• Present clinical, operational, and financial value propositions customized to meet customer requirements.

• Lead customer presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.

• Assist in customer evaluations, trials, and tender processes.

• Stay informed about market trends, customer challenges, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Clinical Applications Specialists, Service, and Marketing teams.

• Support initiatives involving connected care, device integration, and digital healthcare solutions.

• Serve customers in the designated Midlands territory, necessitating regular travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical applications, acute care, critical care, or similar healthcare settings.

• Proven ability to engage and influence clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders within hospital environments.

• Understanding of intricate customer decision-making processes.

• Strong comprehension of acute care, critical care, ward-based care delivery, patient flow, or hospital operations.

• Familiarity with NHS hospital environments, including clinical workflows, operational structures, purchasing processes, and key stakeholder groups.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation capabilities.

• Experience in Critical Care, Patient Monitoring, Acute Care, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, or Hospital Care settings is preferred.

• Understanding of hospital patient flow, escalation pathways, and operational workflows is a plus.

• Experience with connected care solutions, healthcare IT systems, medical device integration, or clinical networking technologies is advantageous.

• Familiarity with supporting tenders, public procurement frameworks, and capital equipment sales processes is desirable.

• Ability to articulate clinical, operational, and economic value to diverse customer groups.

• Strong strategic thinking, territory planning, and opportunity management skills.
