This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist Key Account Managers in enhancing the penetration of the Grid Automation portfolio, with a focus on Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics offerings, into existing accounts and potential new customers.
β’ Identify new opportunities and promote the adoption of innovative products.
β’ Proactively engage with customers to broaden the use of the Grid Automation portfolio.
β’ Manage sales opportunities and forecasts utilizing Salesforce.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales and order targets.
β’ Identify customers' Critical To Quality metrics and recommend suitable product/service solutions.
β’ Articulate and sell the value of products and services within the Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics portfolio.
β’ Influence customer specifications and successfully close significant deals.
β’ Connect customers with commercial operations, marketing, engineering, and product development teams.
β’ Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
β’ Contribute insights to account plans and growth strategies.
β’ Discuss the overarching value of the Grid Automation portfolio at a strategic level.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or another technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing technical or sales experience in utility or industrial markets.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
β’ Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading programs/projects.
β’ Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
β’ Established project management skills.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
β’ Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
