This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Key Account Managers in enhancing the penetration of the Grid Automation portfolio, particularly the Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics offerings, into existing and new customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while promoting the adoption of new products.
• Proactively engage with customers to broaden the adoption of the Grid Automation portfolio.
• Manage sales opportunities and forecasts utilizing Salesforce.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals and order targets.
• Assess customers' CTQ metrics and recommend suitable product/service solutions.
• Articulate and sell the value proposition of products and services within the Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics portfolio.
• Collaborate directly with customers to influence specifications and finalize key agreements.
• Connect customers with commercial operations, marketing, engineering, and product development teams.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to support account strategies.
• Contribute to account plans and both short-term and long-term growth initiatives.
• Communicate the value of the Grid Automation portfolio at a strategic level.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Asset Management/Monitoring & Diagnostics.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing technical or sales experience in utility or industrial markets.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record in analyzing and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated experience leading programs and projects.
• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Established project management expertise.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
