This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the sales of robotic solutions across end-user accounts, aiming to enhance ESAB and EWM's market presence within the integrator network.
• Establish, develop, and oversee a robust integrator and reseller network throughout North America.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to increase revenue across the Robotics, WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM product lines.
• Engage end users by conveying the complete ESAB and EWM value proposition to boost market share and penetration.
• Build and enhance both direct and indirect sales channels to meet regional sales objectives.
• Acquire a working knowledge of the Robotic Digital Solutions portfolio, including WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM.
• Offer technical sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and provide customer training.
• Advocate for ESAB and EWM products, emphasizing Robotics, Digital, HIP, and advanced technology solutions.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with key customers, integrators, and partners.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on growth strategies, training support, joint customer initiatives, and customized sales programs.
• Assist in corporate and regional strategic initiatives that focus on growth and advanced technologies.
• Work together with product management and marketing to enhance product offerings and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain customer data, sales pipelines, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Produce sales forecasts and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support ESAB's overarching business strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred; alternatively, ten (10) years of proven industrial sales experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated exceptional sales performance over the last three (3) years or more.
• Established experience in selling complex technical or capital equipment solutions, ideally within the robotics, automation, or industrial technology sectors.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong commercial insight with the capability to create and deliver persuasive customer presentations.
• Proven ability to generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when visiting manufacturing or plant environments.
• Capability to move, transport, push, or pull equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within North America.
