This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a subject matter expert on procedures and a strategic ally to the Sales team.
• Assist Sales in qualifying opportunities, developing deal strategies, conveying value, and progressing complex customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership throughout the sales process as a reliable product and clinical expert.
• Engage with key customer opportunities early to grasp business requirements, validate use cases, and craft deal strategies.
• Interpret customer requirements and clinical workflows into potential opportunities for IMO Health’s Procedure solutions.
• Provide tailored presentations for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
• Link product features to customer priorities, desired outcomes, and business value.
• Present and clarify data quality assessments, including findings, implications, and potential return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Data, Clinical, Mapping, Product, and Marketing teams to create customer-facing materials and support strategic sales initiatives.
• Guide customers and assist Sales in navigating intricate stakeholder groups and enterprise purchasing processes.
• Support responses to RFPs/RFIs, customer evaluations, and other strategic opportunity activities.
• Represent IMO Health at customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and strategic events.
• Provide internal teams with customer feedback, market insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging needs.
• Build and maintain expertise in Epic workflows, healthcare technology, clinical operations, and pertinent market demands.
• Enhance IMO Health’s Procedure positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare IT or technology, preferably within the Epic ecosystem.
• Profound understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
• Relevant clinical experience within a health system and substantial Epic experience may also be taken into account.
• Capability to comprehend customer challenges and workflows, connect them to technology solutions, and articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI.
• Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Skill in adjusting messaging for executive, clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
• Ability to cultivate credible, trusted relationships with customers through a collaborative, consultative approach.
• Strong initiative and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Curiosity and humility, with the ability to swiftly develop in-depth knowledge of IMO Health products and capabilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Preferred: experience working for Epic or supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or clinical workflows within a health system.
• Preferred: familiarity with Epic modules such as Beaker, Radiant, or Lumens.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, Data, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: knowledge of laboratory, radiology, procedural, pharmacy, or broader clinical operations.
• Preferred: experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or complex solution environments.
• Preferred: understanding of healthcare interoperability and clinical data environments.
