📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process for Product Owners and Product Managers.

• Engage in direct sourcing and develop proactive talent pipelines for product roles in anticipation of future needs.

• Evaluate the relevance of candidates.

• Ensure prompt hiring decisions are made.

• Facilitate offer negotiations leading to candidate acceptance.

• Provide hiring managers with insights when profiles, search strategies, or interview methodologies require adjustments.

• Collaborate directly with senior executives, including the founder.

• Influence product hiring strategies within an evolving Talent Acquisition framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing product hiring within a technology organization.

• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines, evaluate candidates, handle stakeholders, and finalize hires.

• Skill in differentiating between strong Product Owners and strong Product Managers, along with the ability to articulate these distinctions across various product contexts.

• Accountability for hiring metrics, with the capability to pinpoint which actions influenced outcomes.

• Track record of successfully navigating challenging product searches.

• Experience in questioning hiring decisions based on evidence.

• Background in enhancing recruitment procedures.

• Proficiency in closing challenging offers.
