This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive Digital Marketing Solutions portfolio, encompassing product strategy, market positioning, vendor ecosystem, pricing factors, and growth roadmap.
• Perform portfolio assessments to evaluate product performance, market demand, customer adoption, profitability, and competitive positioning.
• Identify gaps in offerings and create business cases for new products, partnerships, or capabilities.
• Investigate industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
• Prioritize investments within the portfolio and rationalize underperforming offerings.
• Serve as the business owner responsible for adoption, profitability, and revenue growth.
• Define performance metrics for products and evaluate portfolio health, market fit, and commercial viability.
• Develop strategies for packaging, pricing, and bundling.
• Propel revenue growth and product adoption throughout the portfolio.
• Set and monitor margin targets for each product category and vendor relationship.
• Manage relationships with vendors and handle commercial agreements.
• Establish partner expectations, performance standards, and conduct business reviews.
• Advise on vendor renewals, renegotiations, or exits.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on consultative discussions with clients.
• Oversee the development of sales enablement tools, training, and solution positioning.
• Ensure that sellers comprehend the value of DMS, its use cases, and its connection to core media offerings.
• Work together on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Coordinate with Operations on onboarding, fulfillment, and delivery processes.
• Align with Finance on forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and expanding digital product portfolios, marketing solutions portfolios, advertising products, SaaS offerings, or related commercial product lines.
• Proven success in evaluating portfolio performance and making strategic decisions regarding product growth, optimization, expansion, and rationalization.
• Experience in identifying market opportunities and sourcing, assessing, and launching new products, partnerships, or vendor relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience in managing revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategies, and vendor economics.
• Demonstrated ability to create product roadmaps, drive adoption, and convert strategy into quantifiable business outcomes.
• Product-oriented leadership with a deep understanding of customer value and revenue growth.
• Data-driven and customer-centric, capable of defining and optimizing KPIs associated with adoption, performance, and commercial success.
• Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Must reside in Canada and possess legal eligibility to work in Canada.
