Product Owner – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project backlog with an emphasis on value, clarity, and alignment with client objectives.

• Act as the bridge between the client's business requirements and the technical execution by the squad.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure consistent delivery momentum.

• Rank features based on their impact, associated risks, and the capacity of the team.

• Create precise documentation and well-defined acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in medium to large-scale software initiatives.

• Capability to navigate complex environments with various stakeholders and interdependencies.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.

• Ability to grasp the technical context without needing to be the technical subject matter expert.

• Proficiency in Spanish (Level 3).
