Product Owner – Patient Pathway

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and convey a distinct product vision that aligns with organizational objectives, patient requirements, and commercial strategies.

• Create and uphold a strategic roadmap throughout the patient journey.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance patient experience, operational effectiveness, revenue, and overall business performance.

• Articulate priorities, trade-offs, and strategies to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and communication.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Lead agile delivery efforts and convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Leverage data, insights, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform prioritization, decision-making, and ongoing improvements.

• Evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate evidence-based product development and optimization.

• Foster trusted relationships with clinical, operational, commercial, and technical teams.

• Utilize commercial insight to aid in revenue enhancement, efficiency, scalability, and organizational sustainability.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex, fast-paced environments, consistently achieving measurable business results.

• Strong commercial insight, with the capability to align product decisions with broader business goals and performance metrics.

• Highly analytical and data-driven, proficient in utilizing metrics, analytics, and insights to guide decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder demands.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or other regulated industries.

• Comfortable functioning within agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional teams.

• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity and complexity.

• Proficient in communicating complex concepts clearly and fostering alignment across teams.
