Product Owner – HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish robust collaborations with fellow Product Owners, HR Functional Areas, TDS/IT, and business stakeholders.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, converting them into actionable user stories and specifications.

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for designated enterprise HR experiences.

• Spearhead solution delivery with agile teams and vendors, encompassing design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate change management, user adoption, training, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Engage in and lead projects designated by HR and TDS/IT Leadership with minimal oversight.

• Stay informed on industry and technology trends, recommending features and functionalities to align with business needs.

• Foster and maintain customer satisfaction through prompt communication, transparency, problem-solving, and fact-based decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university.

• Over 5 years of experience in HR systems, product ownership, or HR technology positions.

• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ServiceNow HRSD, Skillsoft, and other Learning Technologies).

• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.

• Capable of strategic thinking and prioritization.

• Possess a user-centric and data-driven approach.

• Strong ability to collaborate across HR and IT departments.

• Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives.
