Product Owner – End User Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the creation and continuous updating of the product roadmap.

• Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog for secure and modern device management functionalities.

• Collaborate with Security, Endpoint Engineering, Identity, Infrastructure, and business teams to synchronize roadmap priorities.

• Transform user requirements, organizational objectives, and compliance needs into clear product narratives.

• Conduct daily stand-ups and engage in Agile ceremonies to steer sprint planning and execution.

• Work with end users to collect requirements and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

• Maintain and enhance visual management tools to effectively convey progress and priorities.

• Ensure that product capabilities meet business demands and anticipated outcomes.

• Lead iteration-based delivery and consistently provide incremental value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner within an Agile setting.

• Proven experience in supporting or delivering projects related to Windows OS, macOS, or MDM platforms.

• Knowledge of endpoint management, device configuration, and AI platform tools.

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical tasks.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.

• Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

• Innovative mindset for addressing user experience and operational issues.

• Experience in managing multi-platform endpoints (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android) is advantageous.

• Previous experience collaborating with security or identity engineering teams is a plus.

• Background in End User Services or modern workplace technologies is a plus.

• Understanding of device compliance, access policies, or zero-trust principles is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Agile or Product Owner certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
