Product Owner / Business Analyst – AI & Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams.

• Convert requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Balance business needs, AI capabilities, technical limitations, and project timelines.

• Establish and oversee AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination control.

• Direct the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain experts.

• Deliver Intelligent Document Processing and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.

• Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Track project progress, performance metrics, and quality of delivery.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a role such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in AI/ML product management.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions.

• Strong practical experience in product management with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.

• Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes is highly desirable.

• Background as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or Consultant for enterprise digital transformation or RegTech initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience collaborating with domain specialists to automate manual workflows using rules, constraints, and AI-assisted processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform is beneficial.

• Candidates must reside outside the Philippines.

• Must work according to Manila business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time.

• Must align with the client’s business calendar and holidays.
