Product Owner / Business Analyst – AI & Machine Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams.

• Convert requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog.

• Balance business needs, AI capabilities, technical limitations, and delivery schedules.

• Establish and oversee AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination management.

• Direct the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain experts to deliver IDP and RAG solutions.

• Utilize Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform.

• Track project progress, performance metrics, and delivery quality.

• Manage communication with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or a comparable role, with substantial experience in AI/ML product management.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions.

• Practical product management experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.

• Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes is highly desirable.

• Previous experience as a Service Owner, Delivery Manager, or Consultant for enterprise digital transformation or RegTech initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience in automating manual workflows with domain specialists using rules, constraints, and AI-assisted processes is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power Platform is a plus.

• Must reside outside of the Philippines.

• Must align with Manila business hours and the client’s business calendar and holidays.
