This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, customer requirements, and delivery goals.
• Collect, refine, and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Serve as a bridge between business and delivery teams.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Convert business challenges into well-defined product requirements.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist in the development of the product roadmap by identifying opportunities, dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Track product performance, customer feedback, and business metrics.
• Foster stakeholder alignment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Contribute to collaboration, continuous improvement, and product excellence across client engagements.
• Candidates must be located in Ontario or Québec.
• Fluency in English is required for candidates based in Québec.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management professional in Agile settings.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital commerce and eCommerce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and backlog management.
• Proficient in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and multiple priorities in complex delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience with B2B commerce projects, focusing on customer journeys, purchasing processes, pricing models, and account structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, agency, or professional services contexts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Capacity to independently manage priorities while ensuring alignment with business and product objectives.
