Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the Chemical Management product backlog

• Collect, assess, and document both business and technical requirements

• Develop user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Work collaboratively with Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams to establish priorities

• Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design, feasibility evaluations, and architectural discussions

• Review and validate the functionality delivered, providing feedback for acceptance

• Assist in planning the product roadmap and driving continuous product enhancements

• Contribute to strategic initiatives involving modernization and re-architecture of products

• Serve as the liaison between Product Management, Regulatory, Professional Services, and Development teams

• Convert customer and business needs into well-defined product priorities and actionable requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a B2B software context

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and software architecture principles

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and projects in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Demonstrated capability to transform complex business requirements into actionable product specifications

• Customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering value

• Experience with enterprise or on-premises software solutions (preferred)

• Background in supporting software modernization or re-architecture efforts (preferred)

• Familiarity with regulated, compliance-related, or governance-centric applications (preferred)

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance workflows and environments (preferred)

• Experience utilizing AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation (preferred)
