Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance the solution vision and roadmap.

• Convert customer, market, and strategic requirements into clear, prioritized specifications.

• Oversee and prioritize the Product Backlog effectively.

• Collaborate with development, UX, architecture, and stakeholder teams.

• Evaluate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to inform enhancements.

• Guarantee the ongoing delivery of value through agile methodologies.

• Assist Support, Services, and Sales teams in comprehending product features and developments.

• Monitor usage, adoption, and quality metrics to guide product-related decisions.

• Connect business needs with the solutions developed by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst.

• Background in managing and prioritizing a Product Backlog.

• Understanding of requirements gathering and definition processes.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong communication skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset coupled with a product-focused approach.

• Knowledge of Risk Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, and/or Compliance.

• A plus: experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.

• A plus: experience in regulated environments or those with strict compliance requirements.

• A plus: familiarity with similar products available in the market.

• A plus: experience with SaaS products.

• A plus: experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

• A plus: proficiency in English for interaction with international customers and partners.
