Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable product partner to the Client's Product Owner.

• Convert business objectives into product vision, priorities, and actionable strategies.

• Comprehend the client's business model, goals, product strategy, user base, market landscape, and success metrics.

• Assist in both the discovery and delivery phases of product implementation.

• Oversee the product roadmap and manage the product backlog.

• Link roadmap and feature choices to quantifiable business and user outcomes.

• Draft clear and concise requirements for the team.

• Ensure the timely delivery of products.

• Negotiate scope and elucidate technical details to the client.

• Provide guidance to clients on product decisions and articulate trade-offs concerning business value, user needs, technical complexity, risk, and time to market.

• Constructively challenge client requests and propose alternative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams consisting of 4–12 members.

• Gather and relay feedback for the team.

• Identify product opportunities, risks, and gaps, and present recommendations to the client.

• Facilitate discussions to reach clear decisions when stakeholders have differing opinions or when requirements are unclear.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst for a SaaS product or in a BA/Product Owner capacity with clients developing a SaaS product.

• Proven experience in Agile project environments.

• Strong capability to organize and visualize ideas in real-time.

• Exceptional skills in structuring work and communicating effectively.

• Experience in conducting discussions, meetings, and workshops with clients based in the United States who speak English.

• Proficient in drafting requirements, creating process flows, and effectively communicating them to development teams.

• Ability to lead client workshops utilizing a variety of workshop techniques.

• Strong business acumen and product insight.

• Proficient in both Polish and English at a C1 level is mandatory.

• Familiarity with web development technical concepts is a plus.

• Experience engaging with Senior Executives is a plus.

• A background in working with American stakeholders is a plus.
