• Practical experience with systems migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or data migration projects.

• Strong grasp of software development and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is highly regarded.
