Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the ongoing enhancement of the lead-matching software.

• Ensure smooth and efficient development progress while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Develop new features and convert requirements from internal teams and users into actionable work packages.

• Test new features for functionality and quality assurance.

• Assist in the release process and take ownership of production launches.

• Serve as the liaison between IT, internal departments, and external service providers.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding development progress.

• Identify and design AI applications, implementing them through to production.

• Maintain the Product Backlog and prioritize tickets accordingly.

• Contribute to shaping the product strategy for lead matching and related modules.

• Successfully execute strategic initiatives and deliver at least one AI solution into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an agile environment.

• Ideally, experience working in a SaaS or technology company.

• Strong technical acumen.

• Initial exposure to artificial intelligence or a keen interest in AI solutions.

• Ability to distill complex requirements into clear tasks and priorities.

• Confident and articulate communication skills, including on technical subjects with various stakeholders.

• Passion for data-driven digital products.
