Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between the business, users, and technology to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and priorities.

• Oversee and organize the Product Backlog, taking into account business value, customer experience, risks, dependencies, and technical feasibility.

• Collect, analyze, and specify business and functional requirements.

• Develop and maintain User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.

• Collaborate with Technology, UX, Data, and other teams involved in product development.

• Engage in discovery, refinement, planning, validation, and delivery tracking activities.

• Map and suggest enhancements to investment processes and customer journeys.

• Monitor product metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure alignment among stakeholders and maintain clear communication regarding priorities, progress, and results.

• Assist in defining and planning the roadmap for investment-related initiatives.

• Seek opportunities to enhance products and digital experiences.

• Contribute to the definition and tracking of product-related OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role.

• Background in the financial services sector, ideally with investment products or operations.

• Familiarity with investment products such as fixed-income securities, funds, equities, private pensions, Treasury Direct, and other financial instruments.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and backlog management.

• Understanding of requirements gathering and specification processes.

• Experience in creating and maintaining User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.

• Capability to translate business requirements into clear solutions for technology teams.

• Experience in engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Preferred qualifications: experience with digital investment platforms or customer journeys; knowledge of integrations and APIs; experience with investment products at banks, brokerages, or insurance companies; understanding of regulations affecting capital markets and investments; experience with digital products and customer journeys; certifications related to financial markets or Agile methodologies; familiarity with OKRs; experience in product discovery processes.
