Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the key liaison among business requirements, customer needs, and the development team.

• Optimize the value of the product being delivered.

• Create, structure, enhance, and maintain the Product Backlog to ensure it is current.

• Draft clear user stories along with objective and detailed acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize tasks and features based on return on investment (ROI), urgency, and their impact on the business.

• Collaborate with business, marketing, support, and executive stakeholders.

• Engage in Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guarantee that the development team comprehends the delivery goals and the anticipated value for the end user.

• Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in digital product management.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to convert business terminology into technical specifications.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to make informed decisions based on product data and metrics.
