Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the backlog across all platforms.

• Transform product vision into well-defined user stories and tasks.

• Analyze player engagement and performance—identify issues, resolve them, discover gaps, and create solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Propel growth through innovative and distinct ideas.

• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver features and enhance player experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a product ownership or management position.

• Experience in the gambling or gaming industry is preferred.

• Ability to work comfortably with both technical and commercial teams.

• Proven experience with distributed, remote-first development teams.

• Excellent communication skills, strong prioritization abilities, and an ownership mindset.
