This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the vision and roadmap for a large product or set of products in alignment with strategic objectives.

• Effectively communicate the product vision and roadmap to the team and stakeholders.

• Prioritize product backlogs in accordance with the product vision and strategy.

• Represent the voice of the customer and communicate story details to the team.

• Make independent decisions to facilitate delivery progress.

• Write user stories and refine the backlog in collaboration with the team.

• Define acceptance criteria to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).

• Develop information radiators and communication tools to display product progress.

• Engage in all team activities and ceremonies.

• Influence business partners throughout the organization and advocate for customer benefits.

• Understand and connect with customers effectively.

• Focus on outcomes using design thinking and analytics to guide product design.

• Collaborate with various teams and other Product Owners to harmonize customer journeys and related backlogs.

• Act on behalf of the Senior Product Owner when necessary.

• Identify risk-related issues that need to be escalated to management.

• Foster an environment that supports diversity and reflects the Bank's brand.

• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory action points promptly.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• Manage activities through influence, accountability, and ownership in an agile setting without direct management authority.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 6 years of business, analytical, technical, and/or product experience, or alternatively, a combined minimum of 10 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 6 years in business, analytical, technical, and/or product roles.

• Prior experience in prioritizing competing demands in a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience in actively gathering diverse opinions while making independent decisions that lead to positive outcomes.

• Familiarity with Design Thinking principles.

• Knowledge of best practices in product design and development.

• Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with user experience teams on product design.

• Background in developing and managing digital capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Subject matter expertise as needed for the assigned product.

• Must adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in line with the Company's Risk Appetite.
