Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog.

• Collect requirements from various business teams.

• Draft user stories along with acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate refinement sessions with the team.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and functional validation.

• Monitor product metrics and progress.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives.

• Link business requirements with technological solutions.

• Guarantee the delivery of high-value outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities and steer the evolution of the backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Proficient in backlog management.

• Experience in writing user stories.

• Understanding of BPMN or process modeling.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations.

• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred).

• Understanding of Open Finance/Open Banking (preferred).

• Knowledge of banking products, payment methods, lending, and investment options (preferred).

• PSPO or CSPO certification (preferred).

• Experience utilizing AI tools such as Kiro, Claude, and Copilot.
