Product Owner – 0→1 Ideas Prototyping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Validate initial concepts and spearhead exploratory initiatives.

• Take charge of product development from initial sketches to MVP and beyond.

• Identify user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.

• Conduct user interviews, customer explorations, and market analysis.

• Convert findings into comprehensive product specifications, covering both overarching visions and specific edge cases.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and stakeholders to rapidly and iteratively create and launch MVPs.

• Manage and refine the product roadmap by prioritizing projects based on data, impact, and feasibility.

• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and metrics for product success.

• Lead sprints, workshops, and ensure cross-functional collaboration.

• Assist in go-to-market strategies, which include positioning, pricing, and post-launch feedback mechanisms.

• Challenge concepts, provide recommendations, and take responsibility for product and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in launching digital products from inception to market.

• Strong capabilities in product discovery and customer research.

• Proficient in contemporary product development methodologies: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, and Agile.

• Experience in drafting user stories, specifications, and closely collaborating with design and development teams.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Clickup, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

• Practical experience in prototyping AI-enabled products, features, or internal workflows.

• Solid understanding of LLM-based products, including their potential and limitations.

• Awareness of common risks associated with AI products, such as hallucinations, inconsistent outputs, privacy, security, and model dependency.

• Ability to thrive in high-autonomy, low-structure environments.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

• Background in UX research or behavioral science.

• Experience with no-code/low-code prototyping.

• Exposure to business modeling or financial forecasting.

• Legal authorization to work in the EU.
