Product Ops – Copilot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assisted growth and rollout of the product in collaboration with new health plans and providers.

• Manage the Copilot operational framework within each client, interacting daily with health plan auditors, providers, and the billing team.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the AI integrated within Copilot.

• Conduct technical discussion sessions with clients.

• Identify potential opportunities for new AI-driven features.

• Convert daily audit challenges into actionable insights for the product roadmap, contributing to strategic evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a health-related discipline.

• Experience in on-site auditing.

• Proficiency in querying and working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders.

• A nurse auditor with practical on-site auditing experience.

• A keen interest in technology/AI and a passion for influencing product development.

• Preferred: residing in Rio de Janeiro.
