This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate, stress-test, and conduct quality checks on AI tools and LLM-based systems.
• Reproduce edge cases, capture logs/screens, document the reproduction steps, and manage tickets in Shortcut (Clubhouse).
• Validate fixes and perform smoke/regression tests before and after deployments.
• Provide structured feedback to the Head of Engineering as well as product and engineering teams.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback into prioritized enhancements.
• Evaluate internal software and suggest data-driven improvements in workflow and user experience.
• Triage broken workflows, identify potential failure points, and collaborate with engineers to determine root causes.
• Consolidate deployment updates and verify that production changes function as expected.
• Create lightweight test plans and monitor outcomes until resolution.
• Organize and manage the Head of Engineering’s to-do list, ensuring follow-through across a team of over 30 people.
• Maintain work queues and highlight priorities.
• Manage calendar tasks using AI tools and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop scalable processes, streamline task flows and handoffs, and minimize recurring failure modes.
• Utilize AI productivity tools to automate routine tasks and enhance throughput.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with strong fluency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LLM workflows) or a programming background.
• Proven experience in product operations, QA/Testing, technical support, or a similar role closely collaborating with engineers.
• Exceptional written communication skills for crafting clear and structured bug reports and product feedback.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal standard operating procedures.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (may shift slightly earlier after 3 to 4 weeks).
• Computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
• Internet connection speed of at least 40MBPS.
• Headset with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.
• A backup computer and internet connection.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
• Proficiency in AI tools, systems thinking, test design and execution, QA methodologies, debugging, and clear documentation.
• Familiarity with Shortcut (Clubhouse), GSuite, Slack, experimental internal tools, and messaging platforms such as Messenger.
• Proactive ownership, attention to detail, resilience, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
