This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate receipt submissions according to validation criteria and consistently make approve/reject decisions.

• Recognize unusual receipt formats, retailer-specific characteristics, duplicates, and potential abuse signs.

• Document exceptional cases for scalable management.

• Provide engineering teams with bug reports, reproducible examples, and recommendations for extraction and validation enhancements.

• Maintain a prioritized list of enhancements based on customer impact, fraud risk, and operational expenses.

• Monitor fixes through the backlog, verify implemented improvements, and highlight regressions.

• Keep review guidelines, decision-making criteria, and escalation procedures up to date.

• Identify chances to automate, streamline, or eliminate workflow steps.

• Contribute to the development of internal review tools.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and data teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A genuine passion for consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, or an understanding of how products operate at scale behind the scenes.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A structured, logical approach to problem-solving.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to operations, product, fintech, data analysis, trust & safety, or startups is a plus.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is required.

• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.
