This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate receipt-scanning submissions in accordance with validation standards and consistently make approve/reject decisions.

• Recognize atypical receipt formats, retailer-specific anomalies, duplicates, and indicators of misuse.

• Document exceptional cases for scalable management.

• Provide engineering teams with bug reports, reproducible examples, and recommendations for enhancements to extraction and validation processes.

• Manage a prioritized backlog of improvements based on customer impact, fraud risk, and operational costs.

• Monitor fixes, validate implemented improvements, and flag any regressions.

• Maintain review guidelines, decision-making criteria, and escalation procedures.

• Identify opportunities for automating, simplifying, or eliminating workflow steps.

• Contribute to the development of internal review tools.

• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, and data teams to enhance the receipt-scanning experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program or possess a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A genuine interest in consumer fintech, rewards and loyalty programs, or large-scale products.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• A structured, logical approach with the ability to identify patterns and translate them into rules, solutions, or recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.

• Previous experience in internships, projects, or extracurricular activities related to operations, product management, fintech, data analysis, trust & safety, or startups is advantageous.
