Product Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Prepare, conduct, and facilitate assigned webinars and virtual learning sessions in accordance with established protocols and production standards.

• Complete event setup, conduct pre-production testing, and perform readiness checks.

• Monitor live events and troubleshoot or escalate any technical and production challenges.

• Offer technical assistance to presenters, learners, and participants during events.

• Address customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

• Finalize post-event attendance processing, quality assurance, reporting, documentation, and content distribution.

• Maintain precise event information, production records, and internal documentation.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures while exercising sound judgment.

• Collaborate with internal teams for event execution and communication.

• Identify opportunities to enhance production quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

• Participate in evening, weekend, and extended-hours event coverage as necessary.

• Perform any other assigned responsibilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and business needs.

• Consistent punctuality and reliability for scheduled live productions.

• Preferred experience with webinar, virtual event, video conferencing, or live-streaming platforms.

• Preferred experience with remote production workflows and webcam-based presentations.

• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common mobile operating systems preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools preferred.

• Preferred experience with video or media-editing applications.

• Preferred experience with CRM systems.

• Familiarity with standard audio, video, camera, and microphone technologies preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, information technology, audio/visual technology, or a related field preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.

• Preferred experience in live production, webinar delivery, technical support, customer service, or another fast-paced operational environment.

• Preferred experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or time-sensitive environment.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, occasional extended hours, and adjusted schedules based on production requirements.

• Ability to remain at a workstation for prolonged periods and regularly utilize standard computer hardware and equipment.
