Product Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the operational aspects of the mobile product portfolio.

• Ensure the seamless execution of operational processes associated with mobile app onboarding, releases, monetization setups, and product initiatives.

• Aid in the integration of new applications into the product portfolio.

• Sustain operational workflows that ensure products operate efficiently.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D, Monetization, Design, and Acquisition teams on product-related operations.

• Verify that configurations are implemented accurately.

• Assist in monitoring ongoing product activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Product Operations, Technical Operations, QA, or related fields.

• Knowledge of the B2C mobile app ecosystem and user-facing products.

• Excellent operational and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to manage various workflows and operational tasks concurrently.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the skill to identify and address operational challenges.

• Proficient in collaborating across product, technical, and business teams.

• Proactive attitude with the capacity to take charge of operational processes.

• Fluent in English — both written and verbal.
