This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in maintaining team allocations and the structure of product organizations.
• Organize and monitor product delivery schedules, dependencies, and critical milestones throughout all stages of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to collect, document, and implement enhancement requests and evolving product requirements.
• Promote best practices in product development, which include defining completion standards, squad ceremonies, retrospectives, and team workflows.
• Plan and oversee the rollouts of new product processes, tools, and workflow modifications across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify chances to optimize operational processes and enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on various initiatives.
• Assist in managing and refining PDLC processes from intake and discovery to release and post-launch assessments.
• Oversee and manage the inbound request intake process in collaboration with customers and Product teams.
• Support the maturation of requirements across customer requests, discovery initiatives, strategic projects, epics, and user stories.
• Ensure that customer enhancement requests are documented, prioritized, and tracked throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collect feedback post-rollout to assess product adoption and identify necessary support or iterations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, troubleshooting, and easing transitions as teams adapt to new changes.
• 3–5 years of operational experience in software products or services, including roles in Product Operations, Program Management, Business/Data Analysis, or Product Management support.
• Proficiency in product management tools, particularly JIRA or similar issue/project tracking software.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and direct experience in agile software development settings and squad ceremonies.
• Strong analytical capabilities using Business Intelligence/visualization tools and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings or recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently, influence without formal authority, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote, collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable in a dynamic, remote, collaborative setting.
• Experience with contemporary operations, project management, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or Salesforce is preferred.
• Certifications in process or project management, such as Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster are preferred.
• Previous experience in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Notion or modern collaborative documentation platforms is preferred.
• Experience in change management, including supporting or leading tool rollouts, process implementations, and workflow transitions, is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background screening with candidate consent is required.
