Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with timelines and deliverables.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to collect requirements, prioritize tasks, and enhance communication.

• Discover opportunities to enhance and streamline product development workflows.

• Maintain up-to-date project plans, status reports, release notes, and other essential documentation.

• Supervise product testing and validation activities.

• Identify, address, and escalate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.

• Provide training and support regarding product development processes, tools, and best practices.

• Evaluate product performance metrics and user feedback to inform product enhancements.

• Ensure compliance of products with privacy, security, and other relevant regulations and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, ideally within a technology or software development context.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.

• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and compliance processes is advantageous.
