Senior Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product leadership to design and enhance Tekmetric's product metrics initiative

• Create and manage a multi-variable outcome model that encompasses retention, revenue, customer health, and engagement

• Utilize regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling to confirm metric definitions

• Establish metrics frameworks, taxonomies, and standards

• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product utilization, friction points, and revenue opportunities

• Provide recommendations that guide prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs

• Convert data into narratives for executive reviews, board presentations, and product strategy

• Oversee an analytical work backlog and maintain communication with stakeholders

• Develop dashboards, templates, and toolkits for self-service insights

• Educate stakeholders on how to interpret and utilize product data

• Standardize reporting processes across product teams

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on event tracking, taxonomy, and data governance

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models using Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, and Redshift

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles

• Strong foundation in statistical methods, including regression, correlation, and predictive modeling

• Familiarity with analytics or metrics program initiatives

• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence product and business decisions

• Experience with SaaS or platform products is highly preferred

• Proficient in SQL

• Skilled in modern BI/analytics tools; Looker is preferred

• Comfortable using AI tools for synthesizing, analyzing, and scaling work

• Capable of identifying stakeholders, managing an independent workload, and explaining data implications

• Highly organized and process-oriented

• Ability to foster cross-functional alignment

• Strategic thinker with the capacity to work at both high-level and detailed levels
